Digital Products

Beat packs and digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has been accessed or delivered.

Physical Merchandise

Merchandise is produced on demand. Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us at <a href="mailto:support@xtmmusic.com"u003esupport@xtmmusic.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will issue a replacement or refund once the issue is verified with our fulfillment partner.
