Shipping Policy
XTM Music ships merchandise through Printful. Orders are produced on demand and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. Standard shipping typically takes 8 to 10 business days within Canada and the United States. International orders may take longer depending on customs and local delivery services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method. You will see the exact cost before completing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because merchandise is printed on demand, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at <a href="mailto:support@xtmmusic.com"u003esupport@xtmmusic.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.
For digital beat packs, all sales are final once the download is accessed.
