Digital Downloads

Beat packs are delivered as digital downloads after payment. Once downloaded, all sales are final.

Intellectual Property

All XTM Music, Xpress Musique, and Xpress the Machine branding, music, designs, and content are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not use them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

XTM Music is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
